Leadership is not about ability, its about responsibility

      "Leadership is not about ability, it is about responsibility.''
-This quote speaks that in the leadership program it is definitely about being responsible. For example, if you are having a hard time with music, just ask for help. As long as you are there for music on time, you have your music, & you are set up then those are the basic responsibilities for music. If something is wrong ask for help. Speak up. When in the leadership program you must follow through all directions and listen carefully and there shouldn't be problems. If you are responsible you will follow the directions and there shouldn't be problems. Although if you aren't being responsible and listening carefully there is a chance you will face problems. In leadership there is MANY responsibilities. (T.V, music, I.D's, ect.) & in order to be in leadership you have to be committed and responsible. If not you'll mess up. Leadership is not about what you can and cannot do. Its about being there. You should be responsible and show that you want to be here in the leadership program. Even though there will be something you cannot do that shouldn't effect you from being responsible. Leadership is a very important program in Ilima and we all have said we are willing to take time out of our day for leadership, that is one responsibility we were given.
